This was a brilliant restaurant for dinner, with a pirate theme really helping us feel welcome! This is done through the ropes like those of a pirate ship connected to the ceiling, the green plants and even netting on the sides. Staff were friendly and the counter is nicely lit, they even gave us our bill in a treasure box at the end of the meal. I had the CJ Signature burger which was so big and the toppings were packed with taste, chips were quality and cranberry juice was a refreshing drink to balance out!

Birthday treat from myself to my hubby, he had mentioned it a few times so I thought his Birthday is better time as ever. Can not complain at all, staff were lovely & friendly from start. Food was hot & very tasty. Not long to wait for food either. Already planning to go again

we booked a week in advance having seen it when looking for places to eat in the area we were staying for our anniversary. I said this was a must from having looked at the website and reviews. The decor really stood out to me and the menu looked great with so many options and let’s not forget they have a great cocktail menu! I booked online and noted that this was for our 10 year anniversary. On arrival we were greeted with such a warm friendly welcome and then led to our table. On the table there was a couple of balloons and a really lovely message wishing us lots of love on our special day! I swear every staff member went out of their way to wish us a happy anniversary, which was just amazing! We were gifted a little bottle of Prosecco to toast with before we dived straight into the cocktails. I have to say, not only is the place amazingly decorated but the staff are just brilliant and to top it off the food is amazing! We left stuffed and so overwhelmed by the love and extra touches we cannot wait to come back and we’ve told all our friends! What a hidden gem!

Brilliant place! Busy but we got served in plenty of time, amazingly made cocktails & the portions are plentiful! We were made to feel special with some nice touches and a little brownie for a birthday booking. Thank you for making our stay locally feel fabulous for a special meal!

We had a lovely family meal here for our daughters birthday, the service was spot on, always checking if we needed any more drinks but not too over powering. There is s great choice of food to please everyone and a fab kids menu too. Prices are really reasonable. There is also a great little kids play area if they get a bit bored.
